教學重點:
Let’s learn部分的單詞:flying, walking, running, jumping, swimming.
在情景中使用對話中的句子,并能恰當的替換句中的單詞。
聽、說、讀、寫單詞:flying, walking, running, jumping, swimming。
教學難點:
walk, run, jump, swim的末尾字母與ing連讀的發音。
running和swimming的單詞拼寫。
課前準備:
教學過程中所需的圖片(let’s start)、錄音(let’s learn, Let’s chant)、課件、動畫素材。
本課時的五張單詞圖片和卡片。
教學過程:
Warm up ( 熱身)
活動一:唱一唱
教學參考時間:2-3分鐘
教師播放三年級上冊第四單元A部分Let’s do的錄音。
教師適時出示各種動物的詞卡,學生邊說邊做相應的動作。
教師播放三年級上冊第四單元B部分Let’s do 的錄音,方法同上。
活動二:做一做
教學參考時間:2-3分鐘
(1) 教師將jump, walk, fly三個詞寫在黑板上,然后手指相應的單詞發指令,如:jump like a rabbit. Walk like an elephant. Fly like a bird.學生邊跟讀邊做相應的動作。
(2) 教師繼續發指令,學生做動作,適時提問:What are you doing?,引導學生回答:I’m (jumping) (like a rabbit).。教師在黑板上的jump后面加上ing,呈現新詞:jumping。同法引入walking和flying。
2、Presentation (新課呈現)
活動三:學一學
教學參考時間:10-12分鐘
教師出示Let’s learn部分的教學課件,提問:What animals can you see in the picture?讓學生回答。
教師指著大象說:Look at the elephant! It’s walking! The elephant is walking.教師讓學生重復句子。分別指著一只鳥和小兔子,讓學生模仿句子說出:Look at the bird! It’s flying! The bird is flying. Look at the rabbit! It’s jumping! The rabbit is jumping.
讓學生看圖回答:Why is the rabbit jumping? What animal is after the rabbit?引導學生回答:A tiger. 教師再問:What is the tiger doing? 引導學生回答:It’s running. The tiger is running.教師板書:running。
教師指著正在水里游的魚,問:What is the fish doing?引導學生回答:It’s swimming.教師板書:swimming.
教師播放課件中的對話,讓學生重復句子。
讓學生看板書,讀出單詞。教師手指running, 問:How many “n” s are there in this word?引導學生回答。用同樣的方法提示學生swimming中的字母m也要雙寫。
讓學生拼讀單詞。running, r-u-n-n-i-n-g, running.
活動四:說歌謠
教學參考時間:5分鐘
教師出示圖片,讓學生聽Let’s chant部分錄音2-3遍,以小組為單位將圖片按聽到的順序擺好。
教師讓學生通過圖片理解單詞leaping, fighting, biting, climbing, snoring的中文意思。教師給學生解釋never boring的中文意思。
聽錄音,跟說歌謠并表演。
活動五:編歌謠
教學參考時間:4分鐘
(1)教師出示Let’s start部分的圖片,讓學生看圖說句子:Look at…! It’s… The … is…
(2)讓學生兩人一組,根據Let’s chant部分,自編歌謠。
(3)把自編的歌謠說給大家聽。
3、Let’s play ( 趣味操練 )
活動六:玩一玩
教學參考時間:4分鐘
(1)教師請一名男生和女生上臺,女生做一個動作,其他學生根據動作猜動物的名稱,如:It’s a rabbit.動物名稱猜對后,男生做一個動作,其他學生根據動作說一個句子,如:The rabbit is jumping.除了Let’s learn部分的五種動物外,教師還可以讓學生表演其他的動物和相關動作。

一、教學重點:
動詞短語及其ing 形式:drawing pictures, doing the dishes, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone 。
句型 “What are you doing?”及其回答 “I’m doing the dishes/….”。
二、教學難點:
動詞短語ing 形式的讀音,教師要多做示范,逐步引導學生流暢地連讀。
三、課前準備:
教師準備各種動詞短語卡片、圖片。
教師準備本課時Let’s chant, Let’s learn, Let’s sing的錄音帶。
教師準備鍋、鏟、電話、碗碟等小道具。
教師準備本課時所需課件。
四、教學過程:
1、Warm up (熱身)
活動一:口語練習
教學參考時間:2—3 分鐘
教師就學生所學過的內容或當時情景進行日常交際,目的在于運用語言。可以是學生自我介紹,也可以是學生間對話練習。
如:My name’s …. I’m 10/11 years old. I like pink and blue. I like to eat fish and hamburgers. I can swim and I can speak English.
2、Review (復習)
活動二:師生交流
教學參考時間:2—3 分鐘
師生就所學知識進行交流,主要使用表示能力的句型,目的在于復習動詞短語。
教師拿出動詞短語的圖片,說:Look at these pictures. 。隨后,拿出其中一張圖片與學生交流,如:I can draw. 并做畫畫的動作。 最后問:Can you draw? 引導學生說:Yes, I can. 或Me, too.
在此基礎上,初步滲透動詞短語。教師繼續說:I can draw. I can draw a fish. 引導學生說I can draw a book/a kite/…. 最后,教師引出We can draw pictures. 強調并帶讀 draw pictures 。
教師繼續鼓勵學生表述能力的句子,鼓勵學生說出所學的動詞及動詞短語。問:What can you do? 學生回答:I can dance and cook. 等。
3、Presentation (呈現新知)
活動三:詞匯學習
教學參考時間:5—6 分鐘
教師指著動詞卡片說:I can draw a fish. Now, I am drawing a fish. 邊說邊在黑板上畫魚,并強調I am drawing a fish now. 用彩色粉筆強調ing 。鼓勵學生做畫畫的動作,邊做邊說I am drawing a fish/a cat/an apple/….
教師播放課件。
內容為本課時動詞圖片和短語拼寫,每次出一幅圖和其相配的短語的英文拼寫及短語的發音。具體順序如下:
doing the dishes, drawing pictures, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone
教師出示洗碗的動作卡片,學生聽發音后,教師說:I am doing the dishes. 此時可作為擴展知識,告訴學生洗碗有兩種表達方法,即I am doing the dishes. 或 I am washing dishes.
繼續播放課件。用相同的方法讓學生理解、認讀:drawing pictures, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone 。教師注意學生動詞ing 形式的讀音,必要時多練習幾遍,并糾正學生的發音。
教師回放課件內容,學生再次跟讀。同時教師詢問:What are you doing? 鼓勵學生說完整句,如:I am doing the dishes. I am reading a book. I am cooking dinner. …此環節中,教師板書句型What are you doing? I am doing the dishes. I am reading a book. I am cooking dinner. …
教師播放Let’s learn 部分的錄音,學生邊聽邊指邊讀,力爭做到“眼到、手到、口到、心到”。
活動四:快速反應
教學參考時間:3—4 分鐘
教師帶領學生做快速反應的游戲。教師說本部分的動詞短語,如:do the dishes, 讓學生說出它的ing 形式:doing the dishes 。
教師把本部分的五張動作的卡片面朝上貼在黑板、窗戶、門、墻等地方,然后說一張卡片上的短語,如:answering the phone ,學生迅速地指向該圖片,指得又快又準確的學生為勝者。教師還可以用卡片的字母一面進行游戲。

T: Boys and girls, we are in Grade six now. We’re learning these subjects. We’re going to go to middle school this September.
We’re going to be students. And we’re going to learn some new subjects. They are History, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Geography…
Show the books and the cards of the words to learn.
2. Practice
Now, let’s practice. Show the card of the word: practice. I show and you say. Show the cards of the words: History, Chemistry, and Physics. Read one by one.
3、say the Chant
Middle school, middle school,
I’m going to go to middle school.
History, History/ Physics, Physics / Chemistry, Chemistry…
I’m going to study History/ Physics/ Chemistry …
Let Ss read the chants. And make a chant by oneself.
Step 3. Learn the text
You are going to go to middle school this September. And Daming is going to go to middle school, too. Let’s learn more about Daming will go to middle school.
1. Listen to the tape.
Listen and find, underline the sentences with “be going to”。
2. Listen again, and answer the questions:
when is Daming going to go to middle school?
What new subjects is Daming going to study?
Step 4: Practice
Remember new words by heart then have a dictation
Only have one minute to remember these words in their own way, then they’ll have a dictation.
Have a dictation: listen and write.
(課件展示聽力題內容,讓學生聽音寫出新詞,培養學生的聽力及單詞書寫能力,老師由此可以了解學生對課文及單詞的掌握情況。)
Read sentences , pay attention to the time and say “Yes “or “No”。

呈現句子:He …go to middle school this September.點擊人稱代詞He將進行變換:I,she, we, Daming, you, Sam and Amy等,讓學生選擇“am going to, is going to , are going to”填空,使學生能熟練掌握be動詞在不同人稱下的變換形式,達到靈活運用。
